Replacement Policy
We offer a replacement in the following cases:
- If the product you receive is damaged or defective, we will replace only the affected part or section of the item.
- If you receive an incorrect product, we will replace it with the correct one at no additional cost.
Conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
- The product should be unused and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide clear photos or videos showing the issue for verification.
Refund Policy
A refund will only be applicable in the following case:

If the customer receives a product that does not match the size or dimensions mentioned on our store.
In all other cases — such as minor color variations, natural wood texture differences, or personal preference — refunds will not be issued.
Refund Process:
- Once the returned product is inspected and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, as preferred by the customer.
Important Notes
- All replacement and refund requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Customized, made-to-order, or clearance products are not eligible for refunds or replacements unless damaged on arrival.
